It ’s also a waste of time & energy l blame that person for family dramas & your own upset. Worrying about what might happen (future), when the moment has not yet come for it to happen, takes away from us the necessary energy to deal with it when it finally arrives. Living in memories drains our energy; the past already happened & no longer exists, except in our memory. We feed memories, not realizing that emerging the memory in our mind distracts us from the present & weakens us. It is like being a plug that connects to a socket with no current passing through. We lose our energy.

The Psychosomatic Effects (Effects On The Body) Of Fear
The human being is psychosomatic by nature – what that means is that our health is deeply influenced by our behavior, thoughts, emotions & social relationships. Therefore, in order to experience good health, we should care for our life style, our mental, sentimental, emotional & relational world, as well as our communication. Fear is bad for our health. It manifests itself in the form of anger & promotes coronary diseases. Fear suppressed for a long time ends up producing diseases such as cancer. Apart from cancer & heart attacks, there are other illnesses brought on by fear: addictions, anxiety, arthritis, asthma, irritability, nervous breakdowns, memory loss, gastritis, back pains, baldness, diarrhea, sciatica, crying attacks, alcoholism, constipation, hypertension, cystitis (bladder inflammation), vomiting, palpitations, digestive disorders, ulcers and migraines.

Anxiety therapy in Chandigarh...09872880634
Physical symptoms of anxiety affect the body temporarily, they also do long-term damage as well. This is the whole reason I wanted to warn you. As humans, we can deal with sudden temporary changes & bounce back quite well. It’s the long term damage that shortens our lifespan & decreases our quality of life. So, you need to be forewarned in hopes you can derail anxieties plans. Here are 6 ways that anxiety affects the body.
Heart disease
The Women’s Health Initiative says that women who have panic attacks are much more likely to have a stroke. In The Nurses Health Study, women with phobic anxiety are 59% more likely to have a heart attack & with a 31% chance of dying from this heart attack. Harvard Medical School and the Cardiovascular Research Institute reported that those with an anxiety disorder were twice as likely to have a heart attack than those who had no history of anxiety.
Gastrointestinal disorders
There aren’t as many conclusive studies associated with the connection between gastrointestinal disorders & anxiety, but I can attest to having both, first anxiety, & not IBS, diagnosis just last year. I have another acquaintance who suffers from various mental disorders who has the same gut problem.
A study conducted in New Zealand in 2007 showed a close relationship between high anxiety levels & IBS, after a random bowel infection provided the evidence.
Respiratory Issues
Anxiety may not cause respiratory issues, but it decreases the quality of life for those who suffer from issues such as COPD. Patients who suffer from COPD, in conjunction with anxiety, have severe stress and more hospitalization.
Short-term memory loss
Due to all of the information being loaded into the brain & the influx of blood as well, memory is damaged. Short term memory loss is caused by a hormone called cortisol, which is released when you are stressed.
Muscles tension
Due to the constant contraction of your muscles during the “fight of flight” response, your muscles will experience tension, which can last for a long time. This can also become a long-term issue even when anxiety is not present.
Suppression of the immune system
Symptoms of anxiety can cause much more serious issues like a downgraded immune system. Colds, for instance, can spring up when anxiety is at its worst. It’s not because you get sick from the thought of stress, that just isn’t plausible. What happens is that cortisol, when released during the panic, suppresses the immune system by shifting blood cells to other areas in preparation for combat. Germs are always around and so we tend to catch a cold easier and have a much harder time fighting it off as well.

Two of the biggest contributors to our feelings of self-worth are validation & approval. It is very emotionally reassuring to experience the approval & validation of others. The reason for this is very simple. Their approval provides external feedback & validation for our positive feelings about ourselves. We are naturally drawn to people and experiences that make a positive contribution to our basic need for validation & approval. All people have this core need, and filling it, regardless of the source, is always a positive emotional experience.

OCD AND DEPRESSION THERAPY IN CHANDIGARH...9872880634
Look at your present life situation & see if you find yourself in any of the circumstances below
- You sense that you are not being respected & are constantly being taken for granted
- You sense a lot of neediness for other people’s approval (which is usually denied to you)
- You find it difficult to express your opinions & your preferences
- You feel subjected to abuse & exploitation, or getting cheated on & betrayed
- You have an attitude of denial towards the abuse you are being subjected to
- You are always one who is expected sacrifice your happiness and joy
- You always seem to end up in relationships where you partner does not reciprocate your endless love (which, in truth, is basically just a form of neediness on your part)
- You feel hurt that people don’t reciprocate your acts of goodness towards them, which you basically do so that they are nice to you
- You are constantly wearing a “smile” to appear harmless & docile
- You find yourself in relationships of chronic emotional dependence, where your partner is almost “leeching” on your energy (which usually results in you feeling emotionally sapped & fatigued)
- You are usually the fall guy, who takes the brunt of the blame, when something goes wrong (especially in your work environment or relationships)
- You feel a seething anger within you towards the way you are being exploited, but you constantly keep suppressing this anger out of a feeling of guilt or inferiority
If you said “yes” to any of the points mentioned above, it’s an indication of an imbalance in you where you are not aligned with the dimension of hatred in your mind. Remember that there is a difference between “being aligned” & “being imbalanced” – being aligned allows for wisdom while being imbalanced causes immature/unwise actions. Sometimes wisdom dictates that you let go of a mistake made by someone & move on, whereas sometimes it’s required that you let that person know very clearly that you are not taking anymore nonsense from them. You gain access to this maturity & wisdom

#OCD Therapy and therapy for Phobia and Fears in Ludhiana...contact..09872880634
What people fear most is untimely death, and this fear is growing because of the increasing uncertainties of life today. Scientific advances have made life more comfortable in many ways. However, insecurity has also kept pace with progress. Today everyone feels vulnerable, for anything can happen to anyone, anytime, anywhere. Our increasing tendency to violence & the growing mechanisation of our lives have created conditions in which death is just a careless moment away.
How to overcome fear? First of all, it requires an attitudinal change. We need to drill into our minds that one only loses by giving in to fear. Fear paralyses the mind, rendering it incapable of doing what it can easily do otherwise. Another change needed is in the way we look at adversity .

How to release fear? A few simple thought exercises can help to identify, target and overcome any type of fears more effectively. 1> Identify and name your fear. When one name the fear, can easily release it. Just try to identify it and name it. It will automatically lose its grip on our reality. 2> Pen them down and get rid of it. Listing and sharing it, is the way to get them out of our mind. If needed explore the fear more, share it & find answers to get rid of it. 3> Explore and find the way. Learn about the thing you fear. Develop an understanding and overcome the uncertainty of fears. 4> Associate with good and wise people. Discuss and find the way to get out of fear by associating with wise and more understanding people. 5> Train your mind. Take simple steps and work on it. Slowly it will built familiarity with frightening subject and makes them more manageable. 6> Mediate. It will help to uncover memories that can counteract the fear of future, fear that prevents us from making changes in our life today that can bring positive impact on the future.
Fear, one of the most common human emotions and one we must all learn to deal with. It is very important to try to replace fear with knowledge. Fear is the most damaging, debilitating energy we all have. The big part of fear is all the uncertainty and the feeling that we have lost control of our life and get swept away on an uncharted journey which we don’t want to take. The emotions of fear interfere with our healing process in every area of our life. It stressed the immune system, cloud our thinking and create harmful biochemical responses.Try to be free from fear. Take help if required. Make yourself strong from within.
